Prices for our services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

SECTION 5 — COACHING SERVICES

Services provided through The Legal Peace Guide are personal coaching and guidance services for California residents only. Coaching services do not constitute legal advice, legal representation, or the practice of law. Sessions may include:

  • Emotional support and stress reduction
  • Practical guidance and perspective
  • Mind-body tools and somatic practices
  • General discussion of your legal situation
  • References to The Legal Peace Guide book
  • Help identifying your next steps with calm and clarity

We do not warrant that coaching services will meet your specific expectations or that any particular outcome will be achieved. Results depend on your own efforts, decisions, and circumstances.

SECTION 6 — FEES AND PAYMENT

All fees are due at the time of booking one or more sessions unless otherwise arranged in writing. Sessions never expire once purchased. We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us.

 

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information for all purchases. Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe, Inc. We do not store or have access to your payment card information.

SECTION 7 — REFUND POLICY

Prepaid, unused sessions will be refunded on a pro-rata basis upon written request with reasonable notice. Sessions already completed are non-refundable. Refund requests should be directed to duane@legalpeaceguide.com.

SECTION 8 — THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES

Our website may include links or integrations with third-party services including Calendly, Stripe, Zoom, ConvertKit, and Sign.Plus. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of these third-party services. We encourage you to review the privacy policies and terms of service of all third-party providers

SECTION 9 — PERSONAL INFORMATION

Your submission of personal information through our website is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at legalpeaceguide.com. All information shared during coaching sessions is held in strict confidence.

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, and materials, is owned by The Legal Peace Guide and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

The Legal Peace Guide, its officers, employees, agents, contractors, and service providers shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or damages of any kind arising from your use of our service. Our liability for any claim arising from coaching services is limited to the fees actually paid for the sessions in question.

SECTION 13 — INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Legal Peace Guide and its representatives from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

SECTION 14 — SEVERABILITY

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms of Service.

SECTION 15 — TERMINATION

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time with reasonable notice. Any prepaid, unused sessions will be refunded on a pro-rata basis upon termination. Obligations and liabilities incurred prior to termination shall survive for all purposes.

SECTION 16 — GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States of America.

SECTION 17 — CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates to our website. Your continued use of or access to our website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
