Is this legal advice?
Coaching focuses on inner practices, strategic thinking, and nervous system regulation. If you need formal legal representation, Duane can discuss that separately or refer you to qualified counsel.
Do I need to have read the book first?
No. While the book provides an excellent foundation, coaching sessions are fully self-contained. Many people find the book sufficient on its own; coaching deepens the work.
Do I need to be "into" meditation or spirituality?
Not at all. These are practical, body-based tools. No spiritual beliefs required. If you can breathe and hum, you can do this work.
How long does coaching usually last?
Some people need just 1–2 sessions for a specific event. Others work with Duane for months. It depends entirely on your situation and goals.
Can you help if I'm representing myself?
Absolutely. Many clients are self-represented. Coaching helps you prepare strategically, stay calm under pressure, and present yourself effectively.
